Search Process
Phase 2 - Candidate Development
Candidate Identification
We employ a broad network of resources and experience - including original research on targeted companies, proprietary databases, industry experts/opinion leaders, Internet resources and other information sources - to define the range of potential candidates. Extensive communications are involved in the process of qualifying prospective candidates.
Recruitment
Most highly qualified candidates are often not seeking a change. As such, it is essential to develop the candidate's enthusiasm for the position and the client company, ensuring that the opportunity is in alignment with the aspirations and desires of the individual.
Presentation of Candidates
The executive search process is one of elimination, resulting in a short list of the top candidates. We meet with the client and extensively review each candidate's qualifications to determine which candidates to interview.
Interview & Assessment
We interview the leading candidates to further assess their qualifications and characteristics. We validate their pertinent skills and experience and also assess cultural fit, strategic vision, creativity, career aspirations, communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
Client/Candidate Meetings
Successful client/candidate meetings require extensive coordination and communication to ensure optimum results. Interviews are scheduled for the client to meet with the top candidates. We prepare each party for the initial meeting, as well as for subsequent meetings.
