Phase 3 - Selection, Negotiation & Transition

Candidate Evaluations

Subsequent to the client/candidate meetings, we provide feedback to each party and assist the client in evaluating and comparing the candidates. Ongoing communication with the leading candidates maintains their interest and helps identify important issues while enabling the client to make the best possible selection. We provide extensive support in recruiting the final candidate.

Reference Checks

We verify academic credentials and conduct reference checks to validate the candidate's background, leadership ability, technical skills, integrity and character.

Offer Structure & Negotiation

We provide assistance formulating the offer and frequently negotiate on behalf of our client with the selected candidate to facilitate understanding, agreement and closure.

Transition & Follow-up

We have a vested interest in the success of our client and the successful candidate. Therefore, we assist with resignation, counteroffer counseling, relocation and other issues to facilitate the transition. We also maintain contact going forward with the client and candidate to ensure a successful integration.
